As a doctor you want to ensure that your patients have the best
care, but how about convenience?
My Health Briefcase is a place where all of you patients can place their
health records online so that they are easily available in emergency situations
and so that they are consistently updated by you... their doctor.
We have taken the forms from doctor’s offices Internationally and
put them together
to make a form that encompasses all areas of your patient’s health
records. These records may be updated by your office or by your patient
so that they are always current. If you send your patient to see another
specialist, they do not have to be inconvenienced by the same paperwork
again.
Once you have completed the necessary information, you will be assigned
a user name and password as a doctor that will allow you to access your
patient's records at any time, from any place. It will also help in emergency
situations to assist you in gaining access to other patient records from
another doctor... even from another country, which could save critical time.
You do not have to register as a doctor in order to use our services, you
will still have access to your patients files that are located in the MHBC
database, providing that they have given you permission to access them and
also providing you with their member id number and password. However, should
you choose to register, you will be added to our database of doctors available
to our members worldwide. Please remember when you register, to include
any other language fluently spoken in your offices so that visitors from
abroad will feel more at ease with a physician who speaks their language.
Doctors will be registered by category, according to specialty and listed
in the database alphabetically.
Health information that you provide your patients gives them a starting
point to enable their health records to be stored online. Once their records
are there, they can update them as their health changes
