Health Briefcase was designed to give you
the consumer a safe place to store your emergency health records so that
they may be accessed quickly in an emergency situation. In the event of
an emergency, health professionals gain access to your health records by
using your MHBC membership number. Drug allergies, and other medical conditions
are known before procedures take place, and you are not completing paperwork
while in pain.
It only takes a few minutes to register, and you are not charged ANY membership
fees. Complete the forms online and safely store your records for emergencies.
After your records are completed, you may print a copy of your MHBC membership
card. Keep this card with you in case of emergency.

of questions about your health. This process takes about 10 minutes. The
password and the ID number will be chosen for you by the system for security
purposes. You may print your ID card right from your computer. When you
are finished you will have created an online health record, which only you
and the individuals you allow to have your password information will be
able to access your health records at any time. You or your physicians can
also update your health records.
